        In short: Gambitile has no accounts and never
        tracks you across other apps. Game progress lives on your
        device. The only data leaving your device is what Google AdMob
        receives to serve non-personalized ads
        (interstitials between solved levels, plus optional rewarded
        videos that earn you hints or undos).
      

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Gambitile ("we", "our", or "us") handles information in the mobile game Gambitile — Chess Morph Puzzle (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The App is designed to work without collecting personal data. We do not collect:

Your name, email address, phone number or any account details
Your location
Analytics, usage statistics or crash reports (we run no analytics SDK)
Contacts, photos, microphone or camera data

The App does not require an account and does not ask you to sign in.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Gambitile saves your progress — levels completed, star ranks earned and settings — locally on your device only. We do not store this data on any server. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes it.

4. Advertising

Gambitile shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob:

Interstitial ads shown occasionally between solved levels.
Rewarded video ads are completely optional — watch one to earn an extra hint or undo. Watching is never required to complete any level.

We have configured AdMob to serve non-personalized ads only. To deliver and frequency-cap ads, AdMob may receive your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), IP address, basic device information and your interactions with the ads it shows. AdMob does not use this data to build a tracking profile of you across other apps or websites.

You can reset or disable your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time. For more information about how Google uses data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

5. No Cross-App Tracking

On iOS, the App declares no tracking in its privacy manifest (NSPrivacyTracking = false) and does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt. The advertising identifier may be accessed by AdMob for non-personalized ad delivery, but is not linked to your identity or shared across apps for tracking purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses only one third-party service: Google AdMob, for the ads described above. We use no analytics, attribution or social-network SDKs. If you download Gambitile from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store itself may collect data under its own privacy policy, over which we have no control.

7. Children's Privacy

Gambitile is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Advertisements served by AdMob in the App are configured as non-personalized.

8. Offline Play

The puzzles themselves play offline. An internet connection is only needed to load advertisements; the game logic, progress and saved data work without it.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Reset or disable your advertising identifier in your device settings
Delete all local data by uninstalling the App
Request information about data processed by contacting us

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
